As you purchase from this secure website, please understand the following policies::
Visa/Mastercard Only. Please NO DEBIT CARDS, or a bank chargeback fee will be added to your charge upon return of unwanted mouthpieces.
Shipping (PLEASE READ):
Unless otherwise requested, all orders within the United States will be shipped two day priority with a handling fee. International Orders will be shipped via airmail with a handling fee. Please allow 4-6 weeks for every order to be processed, crafted and shipped. If you have specific requests for facings, please email me at the moment that you have placed the order. Thank you!
Returns:
Returned merchandise will be accepted if postmarked within 14 days of the invoice date. If you anticipate your return is going to be late, email before the two weeks are up and I will extend the due date by a week if backordered items allow. NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE. Merchandise returned after 30 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- All returned merchandise must be free of scratch marks, teeth marks or other surface damage and be returned in original packaging in perfect condition.
- Scratched or damaged mouthpieces will be considered sold and returned. You will be charged for return shipping.
- Clean and remove patches or tape on mouthpieces.
- Insure all merchandise that you are returning to us. You are responsible for the full value of the merchandise until we receive it in good condition.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued three to four weeks from when we receive the item(s).
Damaged Goods:
If merchandise is damaged, please contact me immediately when you receive your order.
